This project was released a little while back, I don't necessarily recall the date, but i'll say it was around the time the great J Dilla's (R.I.P.) Mother, Maureen Yancey (aka Ma Dukes) visited Toronto to talk about her son's legacy in Hip-Hop. (We met her at celebration party, hosted at Czehoski). This beat tape features production all completed by Lord Quest, and samples famous for their J Dilla flips. This soulful tribute tape is something any hip-hop head can grow to appreciate and enjoy, for Quest, this is just his way of saying "Thank You Jay Dee"
